Message	pay for... If he wanted a product that would break he would have went to ebay. You also have to think about the money they will lose after people read about this.. there are going to be people that wont want to deal with crappy customer service. I know that I was thinking about buying a set a few weeks ago, after this I have completely changed my mind. The only way you will see me buying one now is if they sign some paperwork saying that if it fails on me the will replace it with no questions asked... the truth is, is that there are better vendors out there with much better customer service.
